Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 2 weeks. It starts at the earliest with the receipt of goods and these instructions. You can withdraw the contract explanation in written form without stating a reason. This can be done by letter, fax, e-mail or return of the goods. To maintain the appropriate time-limit, send the withdrawal or the goods in due time. The burden of proof lies with the customer for the dispatch.

Consequences of the revocation

In case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits have to be returned. If the goods are sent back partially, in an inadequate state or not sent back at all, you have to pay compensation. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods and the derived benefits, if the deterioration or the uses relate to a handling which exceeds the examination of the function, attribute and quality of the goods. “Examination of the function, attribute and quality of the goods” means testing and trying several goods, how it is usually done in a retail store. By the way you can avoid the compensation payment by not using the goods as your own property as well as to neglect everything which affects the value of the goods.  (e.g. to launder sth.)

You have to bear the cost for the reshipment, if the delivered goods come up to the ordered goods and the sum of the returned goods doesn’t cross the amount of 40.00 €. Otherwise the reshipment is cost-free; the goods will be picked up at you after receiving the withdrawal by a parcel service commissioned by us.

Please appreciate, that we can’t accept not-post-paid parcels !

 Goods, which were made individual for you, or which were cut to your personal requirement (e.g. tablecloths made to your specifications, embroideries) or  which aren’t suitable for reshipment because of their constitution, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 The liability of making the payment has to be fulfilled within 30 days. For the customer, the period starts with the sending of the revocation or the goods, for us it starts with the arrival of them.
